I booked the executive double room and the room was lovey, bed was comfortable and bathroom great. I had booked 2 nights, but had to check out a few hours after I checked in due to medical reason that caused me to short my trip. The hotel very kindly, did not charge for our second night even though it passed the free cancellation time frame. They did it out of courtesy and I thought it was very kind of them. Thank you

We loved the decor, and the glass shower in our room, so cool!! This location was great for our specific needs. We were all pleasantly surprised that we slept quite well on the firmer mattresses. We also enjoyed the pool, very relaxing ... like a little oasis in the middle of the bustling city. The available breakfast the next morning was superb with plenty of delicious options!!

Overall it is good for the price. Most of the staff was super nice and food is great. Pool is a good extra, especially for kids.

The staff were very friendly at check-in and provided us with extra blankets and a teapot with a nice selection of teas. 4 person room had a nice layout with the double and the two singles in a separate areas of the room. The pillows and mattress were firm to our liking. The breakfast was delicious and a coffee could be made to order.

Pool-Fantastic. Female pool attendant did excellent job of maintaining entire pool area. Breakfast decent, but could use more variety. Restaurant excellent, but closed weekends. Loads of parking. Wide variety of TV channels. Staff super friendly especially housekeeping. Wi-Fi Superb!

Despite the size, it appears to be a family run place, with all of the staff being very kind and helpful. Good sized pool.

Breakfast is a plus! Very good variety and they keep constantly putting new food. Very clean and with a lot of choices!! Also they have in the facilities a great restaurant named AL Company, all delicious too and reasonable prices!! Service at the hotel and restaurant over expectations!
